Andre Ramone Livsey, 52, Randolph, MA, passed away on November 3, 2018, at Beth Israel Deaconess hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
He was born on August 31, 1966, to Annette Atkins and the late Thomas Livsey in Boston. Andre graduated Osborn High School in Detroit, Michigan and obtained a degree in electronics from ITT. He was employed at MBTA as an electrician. Later, he went on to start a career as a carpenter.
Affectionately called Dre by his family and friends, he took pride in his appearance and was an avid Boston Patriots fan. Dre was a people person, a happy man and he loved to laugh. With his infectious smile, Dre had his own way of making everyone he came in contact with laugh.
Andre Livsey leaves to mourn his passing, his loving mother Ms. Annette Atkins his children: Son-Uniquee Livsey, Andre Livsey, Jr. and Leonard Livsey.
He was survived by his siblings: Tyrane (Matoshia) Lewis and Tarsha (Larry) Smith. He was blessed to have four nieces Magen Livsey, Darrie Lewis, Nia Lewis and Olivia Smith who adored him.
He was preceded in death by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The wake will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Congregation Church of Canton, 1541 Washington Street, Canton, MS 02021. Funeral services follow immediately after viewing, Evangelist Larry Reed will be officiating the service.
A repast in honor of Andre Livsey will be held in the dining hall of the church.
