Lucille M. LaFlamme, 84, formerly of Woonsocket and Lincoln died peacefully Sunday November 4, 2018 at St. Antoine Residence. She was the loving wife of the late Richard P. LaFlamme. They were married on February 14, 1953 at Precious Blood Church.
Born and raised in Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Sylva and Berthelie (Bergeron) Dulac and was baptized at St. Ann’s Parish. She was a graduate of Woonsocket High School.
Mrs. LaFlamme was employed at AT Cross in Lincoln. For a number of years Lucille and Richard divided their time between Lincoln and their winter retreat in Boca Raton, Florida.
Lucille was talented at crafts and enjoyed cooking and shopping. Her main focus in life was caring for her family as a devoted wife and mother. Her most favorite role was being a grandmother and great- grandmother.
Lucille will be remembered as a friendly and outgoing lady with a fun and positive outlook on life.
She is survived by two sons Michael LaFlamme and his wife Kathy of North Smithfield and David LaFlamme and his wife Susan of Elkton, VA and a daughter Jerilyn Willner of Johnston. She was the mother-in-law of the late George Willner and sister of the late Pauline Lemoine and sister-in-law of the late Evelyn, Kathleen and Leonie LaFlamme, Robert Lemoine, Lawrence, Eugene and Frank LaFlamme, Jr. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren Richard (Michelle) LaFlamme, Ryan LaFlamme, Brittany (Andrew) Bottcher, Kyle and Justin Willner, Samantha Turner, Jeffrey, Rebecca and Nicole LaFlamme, 2 great-grandchildren Aingeal Turner and Abigail LaFlamme and several nieces and nephews and their families.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:00 am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. Visiting hours are Friday morning from 8:30-9:30 am, prior to Mass, in the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket.
