Preceded in death by wife Delores, parents, siblings, and daughter-in-law Grace Ginkel. Survived by daughter Dee (Don) Kratofil, son Ted Ginkel, and daughter DeAnne Ginkel. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. All family and friends are welcome to join in fellowship, in remembrance of Willard, on Saturday (11/10) from 1 - 3 PM, with brief prayers at 2 PM, at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, 2076 St. Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN, 55104.
