June G. Ross, a lifelong resident of Woburn passed away peacefully at her residence, October 27, 2018. She was 93 years of age. Born in Woburn she was the cherished daughter of the late Raymond F. and Eleanor (Taylor) Ross.
June was a 1943 graduate of Woburn High School. She worked for over forty years with the N.E . Telephone Company prior to her retirement in 1988. In her leisure time she enjoyed oil painting, traveling, music and attending shows and the theater and was true lover of the arts.
In addition to her late parents, June is sadly predeceased by her brother, Raymond F. Ross, Jr. She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Raymond Ross and his wife Patricia of Brookline, NH, Nancy Rogers and her husband David of Billerica, Sally Sterling of Manchester, NH, Daniel Ross and his wife Carol of Reading, and Richard Ross of Woburn. Also survived by many loving great nieces and nephews and several dear cousins.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to gather at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN, Friday, November 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main St., Woburn, at 10 a.m. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
