Robert “Bob” Carl Griffiths, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 28, 2018. He was son of the late John W. Griffiths and Adah L. (Crumine) Griffiths. He was also predeceased by his brother Richard Griffiths.
Bob was a veteran of the United States Army and then went on to Ohio State Veterinary School. He was a surgeon for the MSPCA-Angell Memorial Hospital for over 40 years. He loved fishing and animals. Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Jacqueline (Gallinari) Griffiths of Natick, his children David Griffiths and wife Laurie of Natick, Glenn Griffiths and his wife Linda of Hopkinton and Karen Blanchette and her husband David of Medfield, his grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Nicole, Ben, Caitlyn and Reece and great granddaughter Aubrey.
Bob’s family would like to thank the Oncology Department at BIDMC-Boston for their expertise and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours Thursday, November 1, 2017 from 4-7 P.M. at the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. The Funeral Service and Burial will be private.
