Cecile (Huot) Morin, 86, of Berlin, passed away on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at the St. Vincent de Paul Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her family. Cecile was born in Berlin, NH on February 15, 1932 the daughter of the late Antonio and Beatrice (Dutil) Huot and was a lifelong resident. She had been employed as a Medical Transcriptionist at Androscoggin Valley Hospital until her retirement and also had been employed at Day’s Jewelry Store in her earlier years. Cecile was a member of Berlin Professional Women’s Club and ACA.
Members of the family include her daughters Louise Valliere and husband Donald of Berlin, Denise Morin of Berlin, and Rachelle Cyr and husband Moe of Walpole, NH; grandchildren Angela, Kathryn, Michael, Brian, Diana and Tony; great grandchildren Mykaela, Madelyne, Paul, Maddix, Baylee, Kaleb, Ryder and Ella. She was predeceased by her husband Omer R. Morin; brothers Robert Huot and Leo Huot and sisters Claire Laroche and Helene Allaire.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday October 27, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the Russian City Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Those attending the Mass are asked to meet directly at church. Those who wish may make a donation in Cecile’s memory to Good Shepherd Parish. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham, NH.
