Francis S. "Frank" Yahoub, a 20 year resident of Charlestown and formerly of West Roxbury and the South End of Boston, entered into eternal life on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Baypointe Rehabilitation Center in Brockton. He was 92 years of age.
Frank was born in Boston on November 28, 1925, a son of the late Slyman Yahoub and Matilda (Francis) Yahoub. He grew up in the South End section of Boston where he was educated in the Boston Public School system. Frank worked as a Office Clerk in the Treasury Department for the Federal Government for over 30 years. He was self taught in speaking 5 different languages and enjoyed reading and visiting Suffolk Downs. Frank was very devoted to his family and took special care of his mother and enjoyed the quality times with his nieces and nephews.
Frank is the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Russell) Yahoub. He is the devoted brother of Amelia Thomas and the late William Yahoub, Anna Zarthar, Susan Bethoney, Thomas Yahoub and Rose Bethoney. He is the loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Frank's Funeral on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 10 A.M. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 11 A.M. His burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
