Donald “Jake” Jacobson of Ventura California passed away Sunday evening, October 14, 2018 after an extended battle with pulmonary fibrosis. His beloved wife, Linda Whisenhunt was at his side. Jake and Linda met skydiving and had been together 21 years. He loved NASCAR, surfing, scuba, skiing and riding Harleys. He was a great friend and a loving father and husband. He is also survived by his children, Matt Schuckmann and spouse, Robin, Jamie Jacobson, Nicholas Jacobson, Brandon Jacobson and Danielle “Drew” Jacobson, and
grandchildren, Connor, Madeleine, and Marley. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to:
