Obituary

Richard E. "Dick" Bondurant, 74, lifelong resident of Anderson died October 15, 2018 at his residence.

He was born April 3, 1944 in Anderson, the son of Earl and Mary Alice (Hudson) Bondurant. He served in the United States Army National Guard.

Dick worked at Delco Remy division of General Motors for 30 years before retiring in 1995. He was a member of the United Auto Workers and the American Legion. He was a Cubs fan, and umpired little league for many years. He loved music and was a big supporter of the Wounded Warrior Program.

Dick is survived by daughter, Amy (Joe) Beyers and family of Shirley, IN and son , Christopher Morris of Anderson; special friend, Connie Sharp of Anderson; two grandchildren, Taylor and Tristan Morris; brother, Mike (Ginger) Bondurant of Anderson; niece, Wendi Partin and nephew, Jeremy Bondurant both of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
