Obituary

WORCESTER____Hung Xuan Nghiem, 16, of 5 Kilby St., died Thursday Dec. 8 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.
He leaves his father and mother, Tu Xuan Nghiem and Hue Vo, a brother, Cuong Nguyen and two sisters, Thu Nguyen and Ha Nghiem, all of Worcester. He was born in Vietnam and has lived in Worcester for eight years. Hung was a loving son and a loving brother. He had a gentle heart and a giving spirit always putting everyone else before himself. Hung was a 10th grade honor student at the ALL School, (Accelerated Learning Lab), Worcester. He enjoyed his schoolwork and studied very hard. He was a member of Our Lady of Vilna Parish.
The funeral will be held on Monday December 12, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Vilna Church, 151 Sterling St. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday December 11, from 2 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Contributions in Hung’s memory may be made for the poor in care of Our Lady of Vilna Parish, 153 Sterling St., Worcester, 01610.
