WORCESTER – Kristine E. Barr, 65, died Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at the Meadows of Leicester under hospice care. She is survived by her mother, Eleanor (St. John) Barr of Holden; her sister, Andrea Cardin and her companion Steve Corbin of Spencer; her niece, Nicole Cardin; and two great-nieces, Elena and Kalie Bourassa. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late George Barr, who predeceased her in 2016. Kristine worked at Norton Company in Worcester for 35 years.
