TEWKSBURY - Jerry, died peacefully on Thursday September 27, 2018, 5 days before his 86th birthday. He was living at Atria Marland Place Andover assisted living facility. Jerry was the loving husband of 48 years to the late Victoria Costagliola. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jerry was a veteran of the US Army Airborne, 82nd Airborne division, serving from 1953-1955. Jerry and his wife Victoria moved to Tewksbury, MA in 1998 after being life long residents of Brooklyn, New York. They loved Tewksbury as it offered them the peaceful, slower life they sought in retirement while being close to family. Jerry enjoyed bike riding, swimming and dancing.
Besides his beloved late wife Victoria, he leaves two sons, Dr. Joseph and his wife Diane (Casertano) Costagliola of Andover, John and his wife Denise (Bisi) Costagliola of Oakland CA, four beloved grandchildren, Kristin Ann Costagliola of Andover, Mark Joseph Costagliola of Louisville, KY, Christopher John Costagliola of Oakland, CA and Nicholas Joseph Costagliola of Oakland, CA.
Visiting hours will be at Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 4pm until 7pm followed by a Funeral Mass at St. William’s Church on Thursday October 4, 2018 at 10:00am.
