Downes IV and his wife Janette of NC, Michael L. Downes and his wife Tara of Duxbury, and William B. Downes of Wayland. Grandmother of Melissa, Jessica, Tess, Shannon, and Maeve Downes. Sister of Sharon Blatchford, Sandy Burton, William Baker, and Lawrence Baker.
She attended Wellesley Schools and was a graduate of Weston High School, class of 1965.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Saturday, Sept. 29 at 8:45am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Julia’s Church, Weston at 10:00am. Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday, Sept. 28 from 4:00-8:00pm. Interment private.
