Margaret (Aiello) Costello of Medford died on Tuesday, September 25, at Massachusetts General Hospital of Boston. Raised and educated in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Rose Aiello of Medford, MA.
Margaret was the devoted mother of James Costello Jr. and his wife Doreen of Medford, Deborah Mannetta and her husband Rich of Tewksbury, the late Anthony Costello and his surviving wife Mary of Billerica, and John Costello and his wife Cheryl of Medford. She was the loving grandmother of Jennifer Fennell of Reading, James Costello III of Salisbury, Michael, Matthew and Christopher Mannetta of Tewksbury, Anthony Costello of North Andover, Caitlin and Daniel Costello of Medford, and John Costello Jr. of South Boston. Margaret is also survived by her loving great grandchildren Antonio, Mark, Sean, Olivia, Lydia, Matty and McKenzie.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Margaret's name to Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, 242 Charles St., Boston, MA 02114.
