Dorothy Dean Dillard Clements, 78, of Tifton passed away Monday, September 24, 2018, at Navicent Health in Macon. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Ricky McLaughlin officiating. Mrs. Clements will be laid to rest at New River Baptist Church Cemetery in Tifton. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 29, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Clements’ grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Born December 14, 1939 in Tifton, Mrs. Clements was the daughter of the late Jack Dillard and Lucy Coker Dillard. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Wiley Anderson Clements; her second husband, Billy Gene Erskine; and one son, J. W. Clements. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.
Mrs. Clements is survived by three sons, Wayne Clements of Tifton, Tommy Clements of Ocilla and Bobby Clements of Pavo; two daughters, Carolyn Clements of Lenox and Jeanette Lowry of Adel; two brothers, Aubrey Dillard of Lenox and Joey Dillard of Nashville; three sisters, Susie Watts of South Carolina, Mildred Woods of Norman Park and Lucy Whitmore of Boston, Massachusetts; ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
