FALL RIVER – Bryant Travers Dias, age 29, of Swansea, MA passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2018. Bryant was born on January 4, 1989 in Providence, RI. He graduated from Joseph Case High School in 2007, and he was a lifelong resident of Swansea, MA. For many years, Bryant was a dedicated and hard-working employee in the Meat Department at Stop and Shop. He was an avid soccer player and a lover of animals, nature, and the ocean. Among his friends and family members, Bryant was known for his practical jokes and sense of humor. He was a compassionate young man with a big heart who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. As an adult, Bryant looked for the good in those around him and encouraged others to change their lives for the better.
Bryant is survived by his mother and father, Donna Travers and Herbert Dias of Swansea, MA and his sister, Alanna Marie Dias Plourd. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are welcome to attend calling hours on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 3-6PM at Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home on 1521 North Main Street, Fall River, MA. Funeral arrangements and burial will be private.
