
BRIDGEWATER - Alice (Ferioli) Pallatroni, 86, of Bridgewater died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, at home after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Paul E. Pallatroni.
Born Oct. 19, 1919, in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Martini and Edviga (Sgarbi) Ferioli.
A homemaker, Mrs. Pallatroni was a lifelong resident of Bridgewater.
She worked for Furlong Cottage Candy in Norwood for 20 years.
Mrs. Pallatroni was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Women’s Club and volunteered with Help Start.
She also ran Alice’s Kitchen at the St. Thomas Christmas Bazaar.
Mrs. Pallatroni enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling.
She is survived by her daughter, Gail Ghelfi and her husband Abby of Bridgewater; and her grandchildren, Lauren Ghelfi-Adams of Chicago and Paul Ghelfi of Bridgewater. She was sister of the late Mario, Frank “Ceko”, Aldo “Mickey”, William “Bo”, and Mary Ferioli.
Her funeral will be from the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Friday at 8:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Bridgewater, at 9 a.m.
Visiting hours are Thursday 4-8 p.m. and burial will be in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery.
