Roy Justin Garner, 39, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Wednesday, September 19, 2018.
Graveside services will be held 2PM, Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, in Tifton, Georgia, with the Rev. Steven Anderson and the Rev. Tommy James officiating. The family will receive friends, Saturday, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM, at the funeral home in Ocilla. Graveside dedication will be conducted by the Priesthood of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.
Mr. Garner was born May 10, 1979, in Thomasville, Georgia, to Randall & Beverly Story Garner of Nicholls. He worked for Tony Coppage Construction and worked on computers and electronics. Mr. Garner enjoyed watching the History Channel and loved his wife, son and family. He was a member of Axson Church of God Prophecy.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Stephanie Garner of Ocilla; a son, Levi Garner; step-children: Andrew & Kelly Burch of Parris Island, South Carolina, Austin & Jamie Burch of Douglas, Christine Dale of Douglas; step-grandchildren: Hunter Burch, Nevaeh Burch, Madison Burch, Trenton Burch, Levi Burch, Kristen Dale, Bella Montgomery and Conner Alcarez; two brothers: Kevin Watson & Regina of Douglas and Leon Simpson of North Carolina and a sister Carey Burch of Tifton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
