Obituary

Yeung, Chi Ping of Quincy, formerly of Boston, Hong Kong and China, November 30, 2005.

Beloved husband of Sau Ying Hou of Quincy. Loving father of Kai Rong Yang of Taiwan, Biao Fang Yang, Pei Lang Yang, Yi Lang Yang, Xing Rong Yang, Sheng Rong Yang; all of China, Grace M.Y. Pang of Hong Kong, Michael K.C. Yeung of Braintree, Joshua K.M. Yeung of Quincy and Rachel Y.Y. Gandt of CA. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Tuesday at 10:30 AM.

Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM.

Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.

Mr. Yeung was born in Mei Xian, Guangdong province of China. He finished education from Dongshang High School and then graduated from Guangdong Central College of Military and Political Sciences. After graduation, he served in a local organization and married his first wife. Mr. Yeung served in the military during the second world war. Right after the war, his first wife died and he alone fled to live in Hong Kong. In 1978 he arrived in Boston where he lived until 1983. He has resided in Quincy for the past 22 years. Mr. Yeung has been a longtime volunteer with the Foster Grandparent Program at the Josiah Quincy Elementary School in Boston. He enjoyed gardening and hiking.
