Donald Messinger, 42, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 3, 2005, at the Paulk Funeral home Chapel, Fitzgerald, with Rev. Lester Anthony officiating. Visitation will be held from 7 until 9 Friday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Messinger was born September 1, 1963, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to Beverlynn Hinkelbein Reider and the late Arthur C. Messinger. He lived in the community since 1996 from Cranford, New Jersey. Mr. Messinger was formerly associated with the Club Pulsation in Raritan, New Jersey and operated the Family Pub here in Fitzgerald. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge.
Mr. Messinger is survived by his mother: Beverlynn Reider of Fitzgerald; sisters: Jan Hidey of Eidson, NJ, Sue Taylor of Jacksonville, FL and Deborah Stephens of Rochelle; brothers: Arthur Messinger and Frank Reider, both of Fitzgerald; maternal grandmother: Marion Reider of Clark, NJ
