Agnes L. (Tatro) Lange, 91, of New Bedford died Sunday, September 16, 2018 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Louis H. Lange.
Born in Detroit, MI, daughter of the late Edgar and Louise (Beehlar) Tatro, she lived in California for many years before moving to New Bedford.
She was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church in Dartmouth, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild.
Agnes enjoyed playing bingo, watching game shows and playing the slots.
She is survived by her loving granddaughter, Naja Strangis and her husband Jason; her twin great-grandsons, Connor and Liam; her best friend, Angie Lombardi; eight nieces; and nine nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Louis Lange, Jr.; her close friend, Virginia Gamache; and her six siblings.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 11 AM at St. Julie Billiart Church, Dartmouth. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Thursday in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford from 9-10:30 AM, prior to the Mass.
