FALL RIVER – Kathleen M. (Dolan) Gonsalves, age 73 of Fall River, passed away Saturday, Sep. 15, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Michael J. & Angela M. (Lapham) Dolan and the beloved wife of the late Leon A. Gonsalves.
Prior to retiring, Kathy had worked in the Healthcare Industry as a Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church, loved to try her luck at the Casinos, and loved spending quality time with her entire family.
She is survived by her 2 Daughters: Denise Silvia wife of William Silvia Jr. and Leonita “Lee” Gonsalves both of Fall River; 2 Grandsons: Chad and Tyler Amaral; 1 step grandson: William Silvia; brothers: Michael, Brian, & Stephen Dolan; sisters: Marilyn Beauchemin, Arlene Andrews, Karen Rioux, & Maureen Martin; many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Leon A. Gonsalves Jr. & the sister of the late Kevin Dolan.

Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River, on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Main Rd. Tiverton, RI.
