Mary K. Lauretti-Jellison, 58 of Derry, NH died Friday September 14, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Mary was born in Cambridge, MA on September 20, 1959 a daughter of Mary (King) Makie and the late Paul Lauretti. She had resided in Derry for the past 25 years, formerly living in Malden, MA. Mary was a graduate of Somerville High School Class of 1977. She was employed as a baker for Shaw’s Supermarket in Londonderry for 21 years and worked part time for TJ Max in Londonderry.
She is survived by three sons, Nicholas Jellison and his girlfriend Lyrissa of Chester, Alexander Jellison and his girlfriend Tricia of Derry, and Michael Jellison and his girlfriend Megan of Fort Benning, GA, one granddaughter, Isabella Jellison of Derry, her mother, Mary Makie of Wareham, MA, one brother, Paul Lauretti of Medford, MA, two sisters, Beth Lauretti of Wareham, MA, and Jeannette Johnson of Middleboro, MA, also several nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Donna Bisson of Effingham, NH.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Monday September 17, 2018 from 5 – 7 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A memorial service followed at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-9376.
