Barbara C. (Cembalisty) Dziuba, 86, of West Wareham died September 12, 2018 at McCarthy Care Center after a brief illness.
She was the wife of Joseph F. Dziuba.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Stanislaw A. and Zofia (Gorczyca) Cembalisty, she lived in New Bedford before moving to West Wareham in 2010.
She was formerly employed at New Bedford City Hall for 21 years until her retirement.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Joseph S. Dziuba and his wife Lauren of Nottingham, NH; 2 daughters, Kathryn Smith and her husband Bradley of Mattapoisett and Ruth Sundby and her husband Robert of West Wareham; a sister, Dorothy Barton and her husband William of Freetown; 3 grandchildren, Andrew, Jean and Anne; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Henry Cembalisty and Reneta Baker, and the sister-in-law of the late Apolonia "Pauline" Cembalisty and Joseph Baker.
