Ysable De La Rosa Hernandez, age 78, of Dorchester, formerly of Banica, Dominican Republic, passed away on September 9, 2018. Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Thursday September 13 from 6-9 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements are being made for her transportation back to the Dominican Republic for funeral and interment services there.
