GALVIN Noreen T. (Foley) of Waban, passed away September 7, 2018, born in Gullane, Gneeveguilla, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Beloved wife of the late Richard Galvin for 65 years. Loving mother of Richard J. Galvin Jr. and his wife Deborah of Alpharetta, GA., Kathleen M. Armando and her husband Joseph of Canton, Michael F. Galvin and Cheri Gillis of Lynnfield, Patricia A. Crane and her husband Russell of Billerica, and the late James J. Galvin and his surviving wife Margaret of South Natick. Sister of Mary O’Reilly, Kathleen Riordan, Timothy Foley, and the late Eileen O’Callahan, Delia Dulea, and Robert Foley. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Thursday, Sept. 13th at 9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, Newton Upper Falls at 10:30am. Relatives and friends Kindly invited. Visiting hours Wednesday Sept. 12th from 5-8pm at the funeral home. Interment Newton Cemetery.
