Obituary

LOWELL—Maximino Maldonado, of Lowell, 59 years old, died early Friday morning at his home, after a battle with cancer. He was the husband of Maribel Dejesus.

He was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, on June 9, 1942, a son of the late Candido and Tomasa (Conception) Maldonado, and was educated in Comerio Schools. He moved to Lowell thirty years ago, and had been employed as a Machine Operator by the Ethan Allen Furniture Company, in Chelmsford.

Surviving him are six sons: Max Maldonado, Henry Maldonado, Wilberto Maldonado, Cain Maldonado, Maximino Maldonado, Jr., and Eric Figueroa; a daughter: Sara Fina Medina; three brothers: Cruz, Saturnino and Carlos Maldonado; sisters: Candida, Lydia and Teresa Maldonado; seven grandchildren: Alyssa Regan, Derek Maldonado, Cynthia Rivera, Christian Rivera, Marc Anthony Maldonado, Wilberto Maldonado, Jr., and Kaylee Maldonado.

He was the brother of the late Roberto, Enrique and Francisca Maldonado.

Services were held on June 10th.
