Skau, Edel 77, resident of Newton (formerly Oslo, Norway), passed away peacefully on Sept. 2 at the Tippet Hospice Home in Needham after a few years with Alzheimers disease.
Edel was predeceased by her sister Liv Lian. She is survived by her loving husband Per Skau, her daughter Vanja Somerville, husband Richard, grandsons Eirik and Adrian Somerville of Wellesley, MA, step grand children Andrew, his wife Sarah their 2 children of Oklahoma City, OK and Rachel Somerville, her husband Alejandro and their 2 sons of Saco, ME. Also survived by her brother Svein Gundersen, nieces and nephew of Oslo, Norway.
