Anna E. Polseno, 87, of Forand Circle, Johnston died Wednesday in the Hope Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Alton P. Golden.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Anthony F. and Emily (Ferrante) Polseno, Sr. She had lived in Johnston for 37 years previously living in Connecticut.
She was a member of the Johnston Senior Center where she enjoyed bingo, crossword puzzles and artwork. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
She leaves her siblings, Anthony Polseno, Jr. of Smithfield, Gloria DelGreco of Scituate, Emily Russo of Smithfield, Raymond Polseno of Cranston, John Polseno of Scituate and Frederick Polseno of Bradenton, Fl. She was the sister of the late Daniel Polseno, Michael Polseno and Gertrude Jones.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday September 7th at 11am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Smithfield. Visitation respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Johnston Senior Center, 1291 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
