Donald Lee Smith, 89, of Anderson died August 26, 2018 at Community Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born, June 27, 1929, in Indianapolis, the son of Ralph and Violet (Spade) Smith.
He was the manager of the repair division of AT&T for 39 years.
He was a member of the Fellowship Masonic Lodge # 681.
Donald is survived by his two daughters, Patricia Russell and Karen (Rocky) Smith of Anderson; brother, Gerald Smith of Punta Gorda, FL; four grandchildren, Kiely (Andrew Barber) Russell, Joshua Combs, Katrina (Christopher) Turner and Kasey Combs; great grandchildren, Abree Combs, Vyolet, Rowan, Zane Turner, Lowyn Coffey, Smith and Knight Barber; three nephews and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty "Doris" Jean (Weber) Smith; son, Michael Lee Smith and a sister, Shirley Lutz.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at noon at Greenwood Cemetery; 620 West Main Street; Greenwood, IN 46142.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
