Edward “Ice” Thompson age 62 died at home with his family on August 14, 2018.
He survived by his children Marletta and Troy Jones, Edward Quinton Miles and Garett Green of Boston, Massachusetts; Stacey, Maria and Robert Thompson of Minnesota. He is preceded in death by his 12 grandchildren Kevasia Lowe, Kesone Jones, Kisean Parker, Latoya and troylajah Jones, Troy Jr., Collins and Iziya Miles from Boston, Massachusetts and Robert Jr., Azaila, Kyle Jr., and Anastaza of Minnesota as well as a host of sisters, brothers, nephew, nieces and cousins.
Edward Thompson was born on October 1, 1955 in Boston Massachusetts to the late Charles Howard Bryan and Barbara Clement. He attended Dorchester high school and his youth years and worked in a hotel food industries and then worked as a street merchant at Haymarket Square for many years where he gained lots friends and was admired by all. He enjoyed hanging out with his best friend Bucky drinking his favorite beer and listening to music his family and friends will always remember him as “Ice” the worlds funniest person because he was always joking around and smiling. He was a great son, father, friend, brother, cousin, and most of our grandfather. He will be deeply missed by everyone.
