Xavier S. Welch, infant son of Theodore and Cynthia (Sebastian) Welch of Griswold, passed Saturday at Backus Hospital.

Traditional Native American Ceremonies will be conducted at the Mashantucket Tribal Burial Ground. There are no visiting hours.
