SEABROOK, NH - Anne P. Coop passed away at the age of 94, on August 22, 2018, after a brief illness. She was born on June 20, 1924, to William and Agnes Coop, and was a lifelong resident of Medford, MA and Seabrook, NH.
Anne was a long time employee at New England Telephone for over 40 years, and retired in 1985. A communicant of St. Raphael’s Church in West Medford for many years, her faith in God guided her throughput her life. She loved to travel and reading, but her greatest love was her family. Though never married, or ever having children, she had many nieces and nephews, whom she treated as her own.
She is survived by a sister, Mary Brandy of New Port Beach, CA. She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Hanlon and Grace McCarron.
Known a s Aunt Polly to family and friends, she will be greatly missed. At her request, there will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 29, in St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St (Rte. 38) Tewksbury.
