Survived by mom Lorraine; siblings Jack (Jeanne), Mary (David) Helf, Bill (Janet), Lou (Lori), Joe (Janine), Jerry (Marie), Lorri, Ron (Colleen), Jim (Molly), Walter (Amy); 23 nieces and nephews; the Kostohryz family of Cottage Grove; Bob & Linda Lennartson and family of Cottage Grove. Ruth spent 33 fantastic years working with her friends at East Suburban Resources (ESR). She was served by wonderful staff there and a great support team over the years who Ruth loved and appreciated. Thanks to the Kostohryz family and Lennartson family for their great love and care. Ruth lit up every room she entered on earth and now she's doing the same in Heaven. Mass of Christian Burial Monday (8/27) 11:00 AM at ST. JUDE OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to ESR.
