Miss Pauline B. Raymond, 92, of Methuen passed away on Saturday August 18th 2018 at Methuen Village. The daughter of the late Philip and Hermenie (Hamel) Raymond she was born in Lawrence and had been a lifelong resident. Miss. Raymond attended St. Theresa Grammar School and St. Joseph High School class of “43". She went on to Carney Hospital School of Nursing in Boston. After graduation she had a long career working in local doctor offices. Before her retirement she worked at Mary Immaculate Nursing Home. Miss Raymond was a dedicated volunteer at Bon Secours and Holy Family Hospital. Miss Raymond was an active member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was pre-deceased by he sister Louise Raymond and brother Paul Raymond. Miss. Raymond is survived by one niece; Donna and her husband Timothy Decker of Rye, NH and two nephews; Keith Raymond and his wife Martha of Charleston, and Brian Raymond and his wife Susan of Methuen, three cousins; Louise Fluet of Salem, NH, Rita Fluet of Andover, and Robert Raymond of CT. The family would like to thank the staff of Methuen Village for all the love and care they have provided. Donations may be made in memory of Pauline Raymond to the charity of ones choice.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday August 23, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. Theresa Church, 22 Plymouth St. Methuen. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday August 24, 2018 at 9:00 am at St Theresa Church. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover. Arrangements are under the direction of Edgar J.
