Betty L. (Davis) Desmarais, 73, of Swansea died Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Country Gardens Health & Rehab Center. Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Louis and Evelyn (Ferreira) Davis. An avid reader, she enjoyed puzzle making, crosswords, music and dancing.
Survivors include her companion: Bruce H. Thompson of Fall River; best friend: Paulette Madora of Westport; 2 brothers: Thomas Pereira of CT and Louis F. Davis of CT; granddaughter: Destiny Lee Hogan of Fall River; great granddaughter: Aurora Grace Fragoza; and several nieces and nephews.
She was mother of the late Robert Desmarais, Jr. and Wayne Desmarais.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, August 17, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:00 AM.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 - 11:00 AM prior to the funeral.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
