SOUTH DARTMOUTH – Charlotte C. Bonney passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2018. She was 80 years old and she was the devoted wife of David C. Bonney and the loving mother of Glenn Bonney, Sharon Bonney, and the late David K. Bonney. She is survived by her brothers Sergio and Robert Almeida, and her sister, the late Faith (Almeida) Vincent. She has 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Charlotte enjoyed walking at Buttonwood Park and reading her books at Fort Pheonix Beach. Over the last few months she found pleasure in backroad rides to Gooseberry Island and having ice cream in the Village. She worked at the New Bedford Jewish Convalescent Home caring for the elderly for over 25 years. Charlotte was the kindest soul and cared deeply for her family and friends.
