LACONIA-----Muriel Frances Boudreau, 89, of Meredith died on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at the Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith.
Muriel was born on November 19, 1928 in Laconia to the late Harris B. and Elva M. (Avery) Johnson.
Muriel was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Laconia, and was involved with the Fellowship of AA for many years. Muriel lived the first 83 years of her life in Laconia, moving to Meredith in 2012. While in Laconia, Muriel spent every day frequenting the “Soda Shop” and was an avid walker.
Muriel is survived by two sons, Steven L. Boudreau and his wife, Brenda of Dunedin, FL and Lowell, ME and Samuel H. Boudreau of St. John’s, Virgin Islands; two daughters, Susan B. Grannell and her husband, P. Hans of Dunedin, FL and Old Orchard Beach, ME, and Sandra M. Haley of Great Barrington, MA; twelve grandchildren, Gretchen Grannell-Martin and her husband Peter of Kennebunk, ME, Bridget (Grannell) McIntire and her husband, Jason of West Baldwin, ME, Shaun Haley and his wife, Jen of Las Vegas, NV, Justin Haley and his wife, Krista of Great Barrington, MA, Angela Boudreau-Pickard and her husband, Jess of Franklin, Scott Boudreau of Niles, MI, Samantha Frawley-Starmann and her husband, Scott of Breckenridge, CO, Nicole Boudreau Paine of Tilton, Benjamin Boudreau of Gilford, Dustin Boudreau of Bar Harbor, ME, Jessica Paradise Beane and her husband, Curtis of Gilford, and Lauren Paradise Baron of Weirs Beach; sixteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Muriel was predeceased by her husband, Raymond A. Boudreau; a daughter, Jennifer Boudreau Paradise; a brother, Haven Johnson; and three sisters, Lauris Caron, Pauline Durgin, and Genieve Roulier.
There will be no calling hours.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia NH using the Carriage House entrance.
Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
