Worcester – Paul H. Vigneault Sr., 73, of Worcester died with his family by his side on Wednesday, August 8th in the UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus.
Mr. Vigneault is survived by his daughter, Karen A. Forbes and her husband, Scott of Worcester; 3 grandchildren, Dwayne, Kayla and Alex; 3 great grandchildren, Emma, Jazzlyn and Aiden; many cousins and close friends.
Mr. Vigneault was born in Worcester, son of the late Henry and Rita (Lamothe) Vigneault and is also predeceased by a son, Paul H. Vigneault Jr. and his twin brother Peter C. Vigneault.
Paul worked for over 40 years at Komtek in Worcester retiring in 2007. He was a proud member of the Steelworkers Union Local 2936 and also belonged to Our Lady of the Rosary Church. Paul was an avid bowler and tennis player and looked forward to his vacations to Las Vegas as well as spending time with his dog, Buddy and his cat, Vader.
The funeral will be held on Monday, August 13th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church 23 Fales St. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 12th from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home.
