BOURLOUKAS, Spiros C., age 93, of Brookline, August 7, 2018. Beloved husband of Helen (Collias). Loving father of Alesia of Brookline, Dean and his wife Wendy of Leesburg, VA and the late John and father-in-law of Tami Bourloukas. Grandfather of Emily and Sarah. Son of the late Charles and Angeliki (Tzaros). Brother of the late Ethel Pappas, Emorfia Economakis and Helen K. Bourloukas. Spiros was born in Boston and spent much of his childhood in Hora, Trifilias, Messinias, Greece. Spiros proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was the recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a former proprietor of the Paramount Restaurant on Charles St., Beacon Hill. Visiting hours in the William J.
