Roy O. Nubie (71) of Brockton died August 1st in the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of Madgin (Higgins) Christie.
He was born in St. Thomas, Jamaica son of the late Charles Nubie and Gertrude Burgher. Roy was a member of the New Purpose Ministries and was very musical playing drums and singing. He also loved to walk and was seen riding his bike around the area.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Leroy Nubie of England, a sister Vashti Walker of Roxbury, a grandson Rocquel, many nieces and nephews.
Following Cremation Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
