Bernadette L. Del Bene passed away in the company of her loving family on Sunday afternoon. She was 62. Born and raised in Boston’s North End, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Concetta Antonellis. A Medford resident for more than 20 years, Bernadette was devoted to her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Everyone felt welcome at her home. She loved spending time with family and friends and delighted in helping to plan and organize family celebrations. She will be missed by all who knew her.
The beloved wife of Fred Del Bene, Bernadette was a loving mother of Danielle Del Bene, Michelle Del Bene and her fiancé’ Frantz Saint Paulin, Renee’ Del Bene and Toni Ann Del Bene, all of Medford. She was a devoted grandmother to Anthony Charles, Leonardo Saint Paulin and Roman Del Bene. The dear sister of Marlene Morrissey and her husband Dennis of Revere, she was a devoted aunt of Michael, Charlene and Joseph and great-nephew Christian.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday August 4th at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 – 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
