On July 24, 2018 Dawn Young (nee Carter) passed away peacefully at Franklin Square Hospital. She was the loving and devoted mother of Emily and Rachel Young and dear daughter of the late Charles and Mary Elizabeth Carter, and step mother Janice Carter. She is also survived by her beloved siblings, Lynn Carter Polovoy and her husband Andrew, Charles Carter, Jr., and Sandy Steward and her husband Ray, and dear aunt of Sophia Polovoy, Joshua Steward, and Sarah Steward.
