Ida DiTucci, age 83, of Woburn formerly of Somerville passed away peacefully, July 28, 2018, at the Winchester Hospital following a short illness. Born in Gaeta, Italy she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Virginia (Salipante) Fustolo.
Ida owned and operated Ida's Beauty Salon which was located on Broadway in Somerville for more than forty years. She enjoyed gardening tending to her beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. She loved to sing and spend time with her friends. She also enjoyed fishing. However her greatest joy was her family and nothing made her happier than to be surrounded by those she loved.
Funeral services for Ida will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN, Thursday, August 2nd, at 11 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visiting with the family prior to the Mass from 9 to 11 a.m. Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Everett.
