1 Daughter: Donna Holdiness-Kosciusko,MS; 2 Sons: David Mitchell-Calhoun City, MS & Walter Mitchell-Slate Springs, MS; 1 Sister: Lois James-Wardwell, MS. 5 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie L. Mitchell; a daughter, Deborah Kay Mitchell; a grandson, Matthew Holdiness; and his parents, Randolph Mitchell & Lizzie Frazier Mitchell.
Services will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 3:00 at the Derma Baptist Church with burial in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun City. Visitation will be Saturday from 2-5 at the funeral home.
