Dennis F. Lynch, Jr., age 75 of Brockton, died July 26, 2018 at McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich. Born, raised and educated in Brockton, he was the son of the late Dennis F. and Doris A. (Marshall) Lynch. Dennis had been a machinist at the Boston Naval Shipyard and later was employed as an auto body repairman in the Brockton area. Dennis enjoyed working on antique cars, his Indian motorcycle and bicycles. He also enjoyed spending time at the senior center and had been a longtime Wheels of Time member.
Dennis was the father of John P. Lynch of Florida, Denise F. Page of Florida and the late Dennis F. Lynch, III, and brother of Betty Dennehy of Marstons Mills. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday, July 29, 3-6pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 10:30am followed by burial in Melrose Cemetery.
