Richard P. Dumas, 80, of Auburn died Tuesday, July 24th in the Hermitage Nursing Home. He leaves five children, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Janice and a brother.
He was born in Worcester the son of Dr. Henry J. and Anita (Beauchesne) Dumas. Mr. Dumas was a bus driver for over 30 years with the WRTA and was also a television repairman. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Richard enjoyed antique cars and was a member of the Antique Automobile Club.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 6th at 12:00 PM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester is directing arrangements.
