Timothy M. "Timmy" McLaughlin, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life suddenly on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He was 38 years old.
Timmy was born in Boston on November 27, 1979, a son of Betty Mitchell and Neil McLaughlin. He grew up in Charlestown where he was educated at St. Francis De Sales Parochial School and Somerville public schools. Timmy worked as a electrical apprentice for several electrical contractors in the Boston area.
Timmy is the lifelong best friend and partner of Melissa Donahue. He is survived by his 2 beautiful daughters Haley and Aurora McLaughlin. He is the beloved son of Betty (Dupuis) Mitchell and her husband John and Neil McLaughlin. He is the devoted brother of Neil McLaughlin Jr. and his wife Nicole and Kenneth McLaughlin and his wife Jill. He is the loving uncle to Nathan, Ashley, Phoebe, Madison, Kenneth Jr., McKenzie and Kiley. He is also lovingly survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Timmy's visiting hours on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 4 to 7 P.M. with his Funeral Service at 6:30 P.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. His burial is private.
