Jason Holyoak, 50, of Tifton passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018, at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Nat McCalvin officiating. Mr. Holyoak will be laid to rest at Old Ty Ty Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 17, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Scott Dunn, Brent Dunn, Dale Wilson, Eric Mullis, Don Turner and Chad Wilson will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
Born December 17, 1967 in Tifton, Mr. Holyoak was the son of Judy Wilson Holyoak of Canton and the late Hugh Kenneth “Ken” Holyoak. He graduated from Tift County High School and attended Valdosta State University. He loved to hunt and fish and was a huge Auburn fan.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Holyoak is survived by his wife, Kimberly Wood Holyoak of Tifton; one son, Kason Blaise Holyoak; one brother and sister-in-law, Hugh and Laura Holyoak of Enigma; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Junior and Sandra Wood; a sister-in-law, Staci Griffin; and two special nieces, Rachel and Maggie Griffin.
