Kenneth R. Boucher, Sr., 72, of Glocester passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Carol Boucher (Sherman) and they were happily married for 31 years.
Born into a family of 11 on September 12, 1945, in North Providence, he was the son of the late Nelson W. Boucher Sr. and Rita(Berube) Boucher.
Kenny was the proud restaurant owner of Kenny’s Kitchen of Chepachet. He was known for his entertaining short order performance and witty storytelling. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and dog, Simon, as well as taking care of his home and yard, and trips to Twin River Casino.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, Lorre Lang (Boucher) and her husband Thomas, Kenneth Boucher Jr. and his wife Gina; two step-children, Kerrie Shea (Marceau) and Ed Marceau and his wife Karen; 8 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was the brother of Lawrence Boucher, Richard Boucher, Stephen Boucher, David Boucher, Joanne Latour, Patricia Rini, Catherine Pannone, Thomas Boucher, and the late Nelson Boucher Jr. and Carrie Marsocci.
